Text
1.General authorization.
The commissioner is authorized to implement and carry out a source water quality assessment program.
2.Rulemaking.
The commissioner shall adopt rules establishing the procedures for implementation and enforcement of the source water quality assessment program to comply with state and federal laws. Rules adopted pursuant to this subsection are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter II‑A.
