§ 22 §1471-O — Exercise of powers by Board of Pesticides Control
The powers established under the Maine Pesticide Control Act of 1975, Title 7, chapter 103, subchapter II‑A, shall be exercised by the Board of Pesticides Control established by section 1471‑B.
