Text
The municipal clerk shall perform the following duties in preparing for an election.
1.Ballots and supplies.
The municipal clerk shall have the electronic tabulating devices prepared for the election and shall deliver the tabulating devices, voting booths, tamper-proof ballot boxes, ballots, secrecy ballot envelopes, marking devices and other records and supplies as required to conform with the tabulating system in use and applicable laws.
2.Ballot cards.

4.Voting booths.
