Text

The municipal clerk has custody of a voting machine used by the municipality.

1.Storage and maintenance. The municipal clerk is responsible for the proper storage and maintenance of each machine.
2.Transfer prohibited. The municipal clerk may not transfer possession, custody or control of a voting machine to any person except as expressly authorized by the Secretary of State.
