Text

Before printing the final incoming voting list prior to any election, the registrar shall update the central voter registration system as follows:

1.Registrar shall review records. The registrar shall review the records of marriage, death, change of name and change of address in the office of the clerk or the assessors or as provided by the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Vital Records or the Department of the Secretary of State, Bureau of Motor Vehicles and shall revise the central voter registration system accordingly.
2.Clerk provides list. The clerk shall, if requested, provide the registrar with a list, certified by the clerk to be true, of the marriages, deaths and changes that took place since the last update of the central voter registration system. The registr
