§ 21-A §1057 — Required records for committees

Any committee that is required to register under section 1052‑A or 1053‑B shall keep records as provided in this section for 4 years following the election to which the records pertain.

The commission may adopt by rule simplified record-keeping requirements for an individual registering as a ballot question committee to initiate or influence a ballot question. Rules adopted pursuant to this subsection are routine technical rules as defined by Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2‑A.
