§ 20-A §8802 — Summer school tuition

Maine·Title 20-A EDUCATION·Part 4 SPECIFIC EDUCATION PROGRAMS·Ch. 317 SUMMER SCHOOLS

The following provisions apply to summer school tuition.

1.Tuition. A school administrative unit may charge the students a tuition for enrollment in a summer school.
2.Maximum amount. Tuition may not exceed the following:
