§ 20-A §8459 — Superintendents' advisory committee
Maine·Title 20-A EDUCATION·Part 4 SPECIFIC EDUCATION PROGRAMS·Ch. 313 CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION
The superintendents of the units within each region shall serve as an advisory committee to the cooperative board. This committee:
1.Right to attend cooperative board meetings.
Must receive notice of and must be invited to attend all meetings of the cooperative board; and
2.Meeting with career and technical education director.
Shall meet with the career and technical education director of the region at least 4 times each calendar year to review current and proposed programs, budgets and issues relating to career and technical education in the region.
