§ 20-A §8405 — Director
Maine·Title 20-A EDUCATION·Part 4 SPECIFIC EDUCATION PROGRAMS·Ch. 313 CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION
A unit operating a center shall employ a certified career and technical education director.
1.Qualifications.
The career and technical education director must meet the qualifications prescribed by the state board in accordance with section 13011, subsection 5.
2.Administrative status.
The career and technical education director shall serve as chief administrative officer of the center and has the authority of a principal in the unit operating the center.
