The programs and operations of the school include:

1.School year. Operating on a calendar year that meets or exceeds the minimum number of statewide student instructional days;

2.Courses of study; programs; plan. By February 15, 1995, a plan must be submitted to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over education matters that outlines the statewide education programs provided by the school and guarantees opportunities and access to students and educators not residing full time at the school.

3.School admission. Admittance of high school students and students pursuing a postgraduate high school year of education based on the enrollment criteria established by the board of trustees as provided in section 8205, subsection 11. Students who apply and are accept

The programs and operations of the school include:

Utilization of distance learning technologies to allow transmission of certain specialty courses conducted at the school for the benefit of high-achieving students attending school units throughout the State.
