Text

The following provisions apply to student health.

1.Duty of teacher. A teacher who has reason to believe that a student is a public health threat as a result of having a communicable disease of the skin, mouth or eyes shall inform the superintendent.
2.Duty of superintendent. A superintendent informed by a teacher under subsection 1 may:
