§ 20-A §5051-A — Truancy
1.Truant.
A student is truant if the student is subject to section 5001‑A and:
2.Procedures; written notice; referral.
This subsection governs the procedure to be followed when a student is truant.
3.Reports.
This subsection applies to reports of truancy.
