Text
The language of instruction in elementary and secondary schools shall meet these requirements.
1.Basic language.
The basic language of instruction in all schools shall be the English language.
2.Exceptions.
A school may provide instruction in a language other than English in the following circumstances, subject to approval of the commissioner:
