Text

The vice-chair of the interstate board must be elected in the same manner as the chair. The vice-chair must represent a member district in a state other than that represented by the chair. The vice-chair shall preside in the absence of the chair and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to the vice-chair by the interstate board.
