Beginning with fiscal year 2015-16, this section applies to public charter schools authorized by the commission.
1.Pupil count.
Students enrolled in and attending public charter schools must be reported to the department, for attendance and funding purposes, as provided in section 15683‑B, subsection 2 and department rules amended or adopted pursuant to this chapter.
2.Revenue provisions.
State allocation funds follow each student to the public charter school attended by the student.
