§ 20-A §202 — Department organization

Maine·Title 20-A EDUCATION·Part 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 3 DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

The department shall include the following:

1.State Board of Education. The State Board of Education; 1-A. Commissioner of Education. The Commissioner of Education;

2.Maine Education Council.

3.Maine State Commission for Higher Education Facilities.

4.Maine Representatives to the New England Board of Higher Education. The Maine Representatives to the New England Board of Higher Education;

5.Maine School Building Authority. The Maine School Building Authority;

6.Governor Baxter School for the Deaf.

7.Maine Arts Commission.

8.Arts Bureau.

9.Maine State Museum Commission.

10.Maine State Museum Bureau.

11.State Historian. The State Historian;

12.Maine State Library.

13.Maine State Library Bureau.

14.Maine Historic Preservation Commission.

15.Educational bureaus.
