1.Eligibility for enrollment.
Eligibility for enrollment is governed by this subsection.
2.Eligibility for extracurricular participation.
State and local education agencies shall facilitate the opportunity for inclusion of a transitioning child of a military family in extracurricular activities, regardless of application deadlines, to the extent that child is otherwise qualified.
