§ 20-A §15676-A — EPS per-pupil rate for units that do not operate schools
1.Definitions.
For purposes of this section, the following terms have the following meanings.
2.Calculation of EPS per-pupil rate.
For school administrative units that do not operate certain types of schools, the commissioner shall calculate that unit's EPS per-pupil rate for each year as follows.
