§ 20-A §1482 — Budget preparation

A regional school unit board shall annually prepare a budget for:

At least 7 days before a regional school unit budget meeting, the regional school unit board shall make available to the legislative body responsible for final budget approval and residents of the regional school unit a detailed budget document. The detailed budget document must include a summary of anticipated revenues and estimated school expenditures.
