Text
The school board:
1.Authority to call a district referendum.
Shall initiate a district referendum:
2.Required district referendum.
Shall initiate a district referendum when requested by a written petition of at least 10% of the number of voters voting for the gubernatorial candidates in the last gubernatorial election in the municipalities within the district. At that referendum, the school board shall place before the voters the specific school construction article which has been requested by the petitioners.
