1.Clearance.
A person paid to work in a school in a position that does not require certification must be issued a clearance by the department. This section applies to:
2.Qualifications.
The commissioner shall adopt rules to define the function, eligibility, term and renewal of the clearance under subsection 1. Rules adopted pursuant to this subsection are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2‑A.
