1.Requirement. No later than July 1, 2023, an institution of higher education shall enter into and maintain a memorandum of understanding with a sexual assault support center and domestic violence resource center that is funded by the Department of Health and Human Services to:
2.Confidential victim services; fees. A memorandum of understanding may include an agreement, including a fee structure, between the sexual assault support center or domestic violence resource center under subsection 1 and the institution of higher education to provide confidential victim services.
