§ 20-A §12671 — Program Established
Maine·Title 20-A EDUCATION·Part 5 POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION·Ch. 430-B FINANCIAL AID AND CAREER COUNSELING
The Finance Authority of Maine shall administer an outreach program of post-secondary education information services as provided in this chapter.

The authority shall implement a program that:
2.Nonlapsing fund.
There is created under the jurisdiction of the authority a nonlapsing, interest-earning, revolving fund to carry out the purposes of this chapter. Any unexpended balance in the fund carries over for continued use under this chapter. The authority may receive, invest and expend, on behalf of the fund, money from gifts, grants, bequests and donations, in addition to money appropriated or allocated by the State.
