§ 20-A §12006 — Rules
Maine·Title 20-A EDUCATION·Part 5 POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION·Ch. 423 LOANS FOR CANDIDATES FOR PRACTICE OF OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE
The authority shall establish rules necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter, except that the Commissioner of Health and Human Services shall develop rules for determining underserved areas for the practice of osteopathic medicine.
