§ 19-A §3018 — Assistance with discovery
Maine·Title 19-A DOMESTIC RELATIONS·Part 3 PARENTS AND CHILDREN·Ch. 67 UNIFORM INTERSTATE FAMILY SUPPORT ACT
A tribunal of this State may:
1.Request a tribunal outside this State.
Request a tribunal outside this State to assist in obtaining discovery; and
2.Compel response.
Upon request, compel a person over whom it has jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal outside this State.
