Text
1.Exempt property.
The property of a child support obligor that is exempt pursuant to section 2203, subsection 15 from an order to seize and sell is also exempt from any other enforcement and collection action regarding a support order, except to the extent that it has been fraudulently conveyed by the obligor.
2.Application of law.
Title 14, chapter 507, subchapter 2, article 7 exemptions to collection do not apply to enforcement and collection of a support order.
