§ 19-A §1777 — Costs and expenses

Maine·Title 19-A DOMESTIC RELATIONS·Part 3 PARENTS AND CHILDREN·Ch. 58 UNIFORM CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION AND ENFORCEMENT ACT
If the respondent is not the prevailing party, the court may assess against the respondent all direct expenses and costs incurred by the prosecutor and law enforcement officers under section 1775 or 1776.
