§ 18-B §203 — Subject matter jurisdiction
1.Concurrent jurisdiction.
The Probate Court and the Superior Court have concurrent jurisdiction of all proceedings in this State involving a trust.
2.Alternative dispute resolution not precluded.
This section does not preclude judicial or nonjudicial alternative dispute resolution.
