§ 17-A §756 — Aiding escape

Maine·Title 17-A MAINE CRIMINAL CODE·Part 2 SUBSTANTIVE OFFENSES·Ch. 31 OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
1.A person is guilty of aiding escape if, with the intent to aid another person to violate section 755: 2. 3.
4.A person may not be indicted or charged in an information with both a violation of this section and as an accomplice to a violation of section 755.
