§ 17-A §2301 — Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Family or household member.
"Family or household member" has the same meaning as in Title 19‑A, section 4102, subsection 6.

Dating partner.
"Dating partner" has the same meaning as in Title 19‑A, section 4102, subsection 4.
2.Jail.
"Jail" means a county or regional jail.
3.Sentence of imprisonment.
"Sentence of imprisonment" means:
