§ 17-A §211 — Reckless conduct

Maine·Title 17-A MAINE CRIMINAL CODE·Part 2 SUBSTANTIVE OFFENSES·Ch. 9 OFFENSES AGAINST THE PERSON
1.A person is guilty of reckless conduct if he recklessly creates a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to another person.
2.Reckless conduct is a Class D crime.
