§ 17-A §1801 — Definitions
As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Dating partner.
"Dating partner" has the same meaning as in Title 19‑A, section 4102, subsection 4.
2.Family or household member.
"Family or household member" has the same meaning as in Title 19‑A, section 4102, subsection 6, paragraphs A to E.
3.Victim.
"Victim" means:
