Text
1.Violation of chapter or rules; general penalty.
Except as otherwise specifically provided, a person, firm, association or corporation that violates a provision of this chapter or a rule of the Gambling Control Unit prescribed by authority of this chapter commits a civil violation for which a fine of not more than $1,000 may be adjudged.
2.Commercial beano hall violations.
A person, corporation, partnership or unincorporated association that rents or leases a building or facilities to hold, conduct or operate "beano" or "bingo" commits a Class E crime if that person, corporation, partnership or unincorporated association:
