Text

All fines levied and collected for violations of this chapter shall be distributed as follows: If the fine resulted from a complaint by a law officer of a state agency which receives a major share of its financial support from dedicated revenue, the fine, less court costs, shall be reimbursed to that agency; or If the fine resulted from a complaint of a law officer of a state agency supported primarily by a General Fund appropriation, the fine, less court costs, shall be reimbursed to the department to be used in an anti-litter educational program and shall be in addition to other General Fund money appropriated for that purpose.
