1.Service of notice.
Unless the court determines under subsection 3 that no notice is required, within 14 calendar days after the use of the tracking device has ended, the law enforcement officer who executed the warrant shall serve a copy of the warrant on the person who was tracked or whose property was tracked. The time period provided in this subsection may be extended for good cause shown.
