Text
As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Administration of criminal justice.
"Administration of criminal justice" has the same meaning as defined in section 703, subsection 1.

"Confidential criminal history record information" has the same meaning as defined in section 703, subsection 2.
3.Criminal history record information.

5.Criminal record information system.
