Text
The courts are responsible for:
1.Complete information.
Maintaining bench warrants with information that is as complete as possible and that maximizes the likelihood that the bench warrants will be successfully executed;
2.Single transmission.
Transmitting only one set of data for each instance of a bench warrant's issuance and maintaining an audit record of each transmission; and
3.Recall notice.
Immediately transmitting an electronic notice of recall to the Maine State Police when a bench warrant is recalled.
