§ 14 §408 — Application to pending actions
Maine·Title 14 COURT PROCEDURE -- CIVIL·Part 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 15 UNIFORM INTERSTATE DEPOSITIONS AND DISCOVERY ACT
Notwithstanding Title 1, section 302, this Act applies to requests for discovery in cases pending on the effective date of this Act.
