Text
1.Words required.
The name of a domestic professional corporation or of a foreign professional corporation authorized to transact business in this State, in addition to satisfying the requirements of Title 13‑C, sections 401 and 1506:
2.Assumed or fictitious name.
A domestic professional corporation or foreign professional corporation may render professional services and exercise its authorized powers under an assumed or fictitious name, as long as the corporation has met the requirements for filing an assumed or fictitious name under Title 13‑C, section 404.
