§ 12 §8428 — Duties and authority of the Director of the Bureau of Forestry
1.General.
The director shall supervise and coordinate the activities of bureau personnel in connection with all management programs.

The director or the director's representatives may enter any tract of land on which a spruce budworm management program is being conducted or is proposed to be conducted.
