§ 12 §6551 — Tuna; method of taking
A person may not:
1.Fish for or take tuna; permitted methods.
Fish for or take any tuna by any method other than by harpoons or by hook and line; or
2.Possess.
Possess any tuna that was taken in an unlawful manner.
