§ 12 §6441 — Plugged lobsters

Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 9 MARINE RESOURCES·Ch. 619 LOBSTER AND CRAB FISHING LICENSES

The commissioner, in accordance with section 6191, may adopt rules prohibiting the possession of plugged lobsters, as long as the commissioner has determined that these rules will not adversely affect lobster importation.
