Text
Under this chapter:
1.Conviction or adjudication.
A conviction of a crime is considered a conviction and an adjudication of a civil violation is considered an adjudication during the pendency of appeal;
2.Juvenile offense.
A conviction of a juvenile offense is considered a conviction; and
3.Failure to appear.
Failure to appear in court when properly summoned is considered a conviction.
