§ 12 §544 — Natural Areas Program

1.Establishment.
The Natural Areas Program is established within the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry and is administered by the commissioner.
2.Definitions.
As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
