Text

The director may lease for a period not exceeding 30 years, on conditions the director determines necessary, parking lots and nearby sites for the purpose of having, constructing and maintaining by the lessees restaurants, gift shops, marinas and the like. The income from such leases must be credited to the fund. The director may lease from individuals, corporate organizations, political subdivisions and quasi-public organizations land or buildings, or both, for indeterminate periods not to exceed 99 years for the purpose of constructing and maintaining boating facilities.
