§ 12 §10656 — Defacement of notices
1.Prohibition on defacement of notices.
A person may not intentionally or knowingly mutilate, deface or destroy a notice or rule of the commissioner posted in conformity with this Part.
2.Penalties.
The following penalties apply to violations of this section.
