§ 12 §10267 — ATV Enforcement Fund

1.Fund established.
The ATV Enforcement Fund, referred to in this section as "the fund," is established in the Bureau of Warden Service to be used by the Game Warden Colonel for the purposes established in subsection 2. All funds collected by the department pursuant to this section must be deposited in the fund. Unexpended balances in the fund at the end of the fiscal year are nonlapsing and must be carried forward to the next fiscal year to be used for the same purposes.
2.Fund uses.
The Game Warden Colonel may use money in the fund only for:
