§ 10 §974 — Annual report; audit

1.Report. The authority shall submit to the Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the President of the Senate and the joint standing committees of the Legislature having jurisdiction over housing and economic development and education, not later than 120 days after the close of its fiscal year, a complete report on the activities of the authority. The report may also be provided to any other member of the Legislature and to any other person. The report must include all of the following:

The authority shall provide the Treasurer of State, within 120 days after the close of its fiscal year, its annual financial report certified by an independent certified public accountant, who may be the accountant or a member of the firm of accountants who regularly audits the books and accounts of the authority, selected by the authority. The authority is also subject to the provisions of Title 5, chapter 11. The authority may combine for accounting purposes any or all funds established for its programs and activities.
