Maine·Title 10 COMMERCE AND TRADE·Part 2 BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 110 FINANCE AUTHORITY OF MAINE
The authority shall elect one of its members as chair; one member as vice-chair, who serves as secretary; and one member as treasurer and shall employ a chief executive officer.
