§ 10 §1434 — Prohibited conduct

The following acts are unfair methods of competition and unfair and deceptive practices. It is unlawful for any:

Damage to public.
Manufacturer or recreational vehicle dealer to engage in any action that is arbitrary, in bad faith or unconscionable and causes damage to any manufacturer or dealer parties or to the public;

Coercion involving deliveries and orders.
Manufacturer or officer, agent or other representative of that manufacturer to coerce or attempt to coerce any recreational vehicle dealer:

Certain interference in dealer's business.
